I have an initial release available over at the google code page.

It is version 0.0.3 and only has three tests. Sorry that progress has been slow. Things have been pretty hectic the last few weeks.

Thanks a million to Paul from pyparsing and Michael from asdox. Without them the release would still not be ready.
